About Adler
Adler was founded by Kyle Dreier in response to the recurring challenges he faced with traditional accounting services. As a small business owner, Kyle sought more than just compliance; he desired actionable insights to drive informed financial decisions. Recognizing a gap in strategic reporting, he established Adler to provide small business owners with the clarity and direction they need (and often crave).
At Adler, we are not a tax accounting firm, nor are we CPAs—which you still may need. Instead, we serve as a bridge, streamlining tax reporting and other CPA functions through a CFO mindset. You gain a dedicated ally—actively engaged in your accounting and business health, focused on your business’s growth.
From Kyle Dreier
Over the past three decades, I've worked with five different CPAs. While they fulfilled their obligations, I yearned for more—proactive engagement and insights to guide my business decisions. I wanted strategic reviews and meaningful interactions with the financial reports they provided.
This desire led me to rethink my approach to bookkeeping, ultimately creating a Adler to share this perspective with other business owners. My personal experiences, combined with a broader understanding of business operations, inform how I view financial reporting. I'm always seeking greater efficiencies, growth opportunities and overall value in each venture.
While I don't position myself as a consultant, some aspects of our collaboration may resemble consulting. I won't merely offer recommendations and leave; together, we'll define targets, establish performance indicators, and regularly review progress with accountability to your business.
